AGM
The AGM and Trophy Presentation is being held at 7 pm on Friday 9 October in the Large Pavilion,
North Mundham Playing Field, PO20 1LA.
There will a short meeting with the annual reports followed by the presentation of the Trophies and Light Refreshments.
A new team is needed to organise the Gala in 2027. Three of the current team have agreed to run the Flower Show, but the Gala needs new leaders. If you are interested in taking up this challenge, please come to the AGM and share your thoughts.

The Gala was held on Saturday 4th July 2026 at the North Mundham Playing Field and Village Centre, PO20 1LA. It is a fun family afternoon which has its roots as a village event going back more than 130 years.
Annual Flower, Produce, Arts & Crafts Show
The Annual Flower, Produce, Arts & Crafts Show took place in the Village Hall and had all the wonderful entries of fruit, vegetables, flowers, cookery, photography and arts and crafts.
Dog Show
The Dog Show was judged by Louise Judge of Dirty Dogz from Runcton. The classes were:
Most Handsome Dog
Prettiest Bitch
Golden Oldie, over 8 years old
Waggiest Tail
Display of Vintage, Classic and Historic Vehicles
The display of Vintage, Classic and Historic Vehicles is an established part of the Gala and featured again in 2026.
And all the usual fun of the Gala
Teas, Community Corner, ice cream from Caroline's Dairy, raffle, tombola, BBQ, local produce, plants and cakes, table tennis, face painting, Market Place....
